Q   If you make poor quality goods, will you refund?

A   As a matter of fact, we won't take a chance to make an inferior product. Meanwhile, we manufacture quality products until you are satisfied.

Q   How does your factory control product quality? 

A   QC will inspect all the process such as incoming materials, production processing and surface treatment, packing and shipping, so as to ensure each process is correct and finally deliver on time.

Q   What's the lead time for mass production? 

A   20-25days after payment confirmed, could be negotiable.

Q   What about the payment terms?  

A   F.O.B ShenzhenPort. 30% deposit by T/T, 70% before shipment. We offer the photos, video  or even Third Part inspection is also acceptable.

Q   How can I get the sample? What is the lead time? 

A   Normally will be sent within 7days. If mold opening is required, an additional 15 days will be needed.

Q   Is it possible to know how are my products going on without visiting your company?

A   We can provide the production schedule and show you photos or videos of each processing  to track the production progress at any time.

Q   Do you provide ODM/OEM service?

A   OEM / ODM is welcome, and customized colors are optional. From the concept to finished goods, we do all ( prototype reviewing,tooling and production ) in the factory.

Q   Can you provide one-stop sourcing for finished product assembly including hardware, knife set, wooden items and even iron casting components?

A   Yes, we have long-term cooperative partners, including hardware, wooden items even iron casting components ect. In addition, we can provide sourcing assistance as long as you need the accessories in the whole set of products.
